How to Return
To start a return, please contact us using our 'Contact' page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
What If I Change My Mind?
The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) outline the rights consumers have when it comes to cancelling orders which aren’t required. However, there are a number of exemptions to these rules.
The circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel include tailor-made items. Our brand has eco concerns at the heart of everything we do so all our products are print demand to avoid waste.
This means you can cancel and receive a full refund for orders before they are in production. Once in production we can no longer guarantee a cancellation and you will be charged for the product costs. All items commence production within 1 working day so you have a 12 hour cancelation window from the time you receive email confirmation of you order.
Returns and Refunds
For items where there is a defect, fault or damage, we want to put this right for you as soon as possible. As soon as you receive the order, please contact us using our 'Contact' page with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of next steps. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
