Our journaling style is unique as us. We thought a lot about adding writing prompts to the pages in our notebooks and decided to leave them free. We love a blank page that's just ours to use as we want. There are so many different journaling styles, where do you start?
The daily 4x4 is method is a journaling system that works for most people because of its flexibility.
- Draw a horizontal line across a double page spread so you have 4 sections
- The left page are your 2 AM sections, the right page your 2 PM sections
- The section headings depend on your focus and priorities
If you want to improve balance in your life, you could try:
- AM - Practical and Purposeful Actions
- PM - Powerful and Peaceful Reflections
If you want to focus on your priorities and reduce anxiety, you could try:
- AM Like To Get Done and Need To Get Done
- PM Accomplished and Grateful

There are so many heading options you can choose and what works for you will probably change over time. The thought process behind deciding your headings is also a great way to consider where you're at and what you want to focus on over the next few weeks or months.
